GOOD IDEA Drinks
UX & Graphic Design | Brand, E-commerce, Packaging & Digital
GOOD IDEA Drinks is a functional beverage brand focused on creating better-for-you drinks designed to support everyday wellness.
As a UX & Graphic Designer, I worked across both the brand and digital experience, creating cohesive visual experiences across packaging, e-commerce, web, email, social, and print. My role blended visual design, illustration, UX thinking, and marketing to help the brand communicate clearly and create a consistent customer experience.
My Role: UX Designer & Graphic Designer
Focus: E-commerce UX, Web Design, Packaging, Branding, Illustration, Email, Social, Print
Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva
The Challenge
GOOD IDEA Drinks needed a cohesive visual presence across multiple customer touchpoints.
The brand experience extended far beyond the product itself. Customers interacted with GOOD IDEA through the website, product pages, packaging, email campaigns, social media, digital advertisements, and printed marketing materials.
My goal was to create a consistent and recognizable brand experience while making the digital experience intuitive and easy to navigate.
I worked across both visual communication and user experience, making sure that design decisions supported both the brand and the customer's needs.
E-commerce & Web Design
I designed and refined digital experiences for the GOOD IDEA online store, focusing on clear product presentation, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused layouts.
This included:
Website and landing page design
E-commerce product pages
Product information hierarchy
Promotional sections and campaigns
Mobile-responsive layouts
Calls-to-action and conversion points
Supporting graphics and illustrations
I used UX principles to organize information and create a clearer path from discovering the product to understanding the benefits to making a purchase.
Packaging Design
I contributed to packaging and product graphics that helped translate the GOOD IDEA brand into the physical product experience.
This included working with:
Product labels
Packaging graphics
Typography
Illustration
Color and visual hierarchy
Product messaging
Because packaging is often the first physical interaction someone has with a beverage brand, I focused on making the information easy to understand while maintaining a distinctive visual identity.
Visual Design, Marketing & UX
A major part of my role at GOOD IDEA Drinks was creating cohesive visual experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. I combined illustration, graphic design, UX, and marketing to create content that was visually engaging while still being clear, intuitive, and aligned with the brand.
I designed a wide range of creative assets, including website graphics, email campaigns, social content, digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, illustrations, and print collateral. I also helped shape how products and messaging were presented across the e-commerce experience.
For digital experiences, I approached design with the user in mind, considering information hierarchy, visual flow, responsive layouts, calls-to-action, and the path from product discovery to purchase. I wanted customers to quickly understand the product, its benefits, and what action to take next.
I also created flexible visual assets that could be adapted across multiple channels, allowing the brand to maintain a consistent look and feel across web, email, social media, packaging, and print.
This work allowed me to bridge the gap between brand storytelling and user experience, creating designs that not only looked cohesive but also supported the customer's journey and the overall marketing goals of the brand.
Designing Across the Brand Ecosystem
One of the things I enjoyed most about working with GOOD IDEA was the variety. Instead of designing in a single medium, I had the opportunity to think about how a brand behaves across an entire ecosystem. This experience strengthened my ability to move between big-picture brand thinking and detailed digital execution. This is what helped me create the brand guidelines for GOOD IDEA.

The Outcome
My work helped create a more cohesive visual experience for GOOD IDEA across its physical and digital touchpoints.
By combining graphic design, illustration, UX, and e-commerce design, I was able to support the brand from the product shelf all the way through the online purchasing experience.
The biggest takeaway from this project was learning how to design a brand as an entire experience, rather than treating packaging, web, social, and marketing as separate pieces.
