Character Design/Concept
VNPRK is a long term project of mine starting in 2007 where a pirate named Larry is on a search for his treasure after it was sucked up by the sea alongside with two others, a ninja named Usagi and a vampire named Bunnie. They travel around the world experiencing different kinds of climate, people, cultures and situations.
Storyboarding and Animation
Below is an VNPRK short film with no sound. I created characters and storyboarding and worked with animator Forest Hicks to complete an animation of Vampires, Ninjas & Pirates a’R’e Kool! After completing this project, I learned about storyline sequencing, character development, action highlights, line art, color, special effects and video delivery.
